As a People Advisor, reporting to the Senior Manager People Partnerships, you will support business leaders and the People & Culture team to drive engagement, capability, and business performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your HR expertise and business insight to deliver high-quality, proactive people solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in implementing People & Culture initiatives, influencing outcomes, building capability, and help to create an exceptional team member experience.
Please note this is a 12-month secondment, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
A few of your responsibilities
- Provide leaders with generalist HR advice across performance, engagement, remuneration, and workforce matters
- Support on all employee lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with workplace legislation, policies, and best practice
- Contribute to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and projects, using change management approaches to drive adoption and results
- Analyse people data and provide insights to inform decision-making and support delivery of the People Plan
- Support position management activities, including organisational structure updates, Position Description reviews, and workforce planning alignment
What are we looking for
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
- Qualifications in Human Resources (highly regarded), with sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and Fair Work frameworks
- Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities
