DIRECTOR OF SALES - HOSPITALITY STRATEGY & COMMERCIAL

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships across our Sydney property. A few of your responsibilities

  • Leading & owning the group’s commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales
  • Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets
  • Acquiring new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management
  • Successfully lead a large sales team

  • Highly skilled in influencing multiple key stakeholders to achieve robust commercial outcomes

As a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in the Hotels industry, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
