As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences will position you as a vital member of our leadership team, overseeing and assisting team members throughout their shifts. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be evident as you mentor, develop, and recruit teams, while also providing insightful recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Food Quarter: Food Quarter’s fresh coastal palette and open plan design provides a bright and contemporary area that serves as the ideal casual dining space for lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack!

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
  • Ensuring RSA standards are met at all times
  • Assist in leading the venue
  • Ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue
  • Serving Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons

What are we looking for:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
  • Flexible availability to suit a 24/7 roster
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Food and Beverage team up for success.
