As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of signature dining restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

Oasis Lounge: Inviting sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Gaming Floor. A dedicated pace and serene lounge areas to relax and socialize in comfort.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
- Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a high end restaurant with ability to articulate flavour profiles and recommend beverage pairings
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
